Yes! Upon registration with Watheeq, all property owners are verified by National ID then upon submitting a property, The Ministry of Justice verifies the ownership by deed number.
You have 2 options to top up your ewallet. Either by linking your bank account or by making a bank transfer to your e-wallet IBAN.
You can cash out from Watheeq any time by simply tapping on the "Cashout" button in the "Me" section of the app and entering the amount you'd like to cash out. The money will then be automatically transfered to your specified bank account.
You are in control of who can view your property. You can either mark it as public for everyone on Watheeq to see or PRIVATE and share a link with your leads privately.
Definitely! Whenever making an offer to purchase a certain property, you can always include your broker's fee which he will receive upon signing up with Watheeq once the deal is successfully completed.
